Summary[edit]

A Senche(?) Star Haven Adept. Their healthbar name is Star Haven Adept. As such, I'm assuming they are a Khajiit and not just a senche-tiger.

I'm going to put the same disclaimer here that I put on the other tiger-looking adept: Do NOT take my word for it on which furstock they are of. Please do not try to (officially) present them as a certain furstock on a lore page unless we have evidence of this npc being said specific furstock. My guess is Senche, but I cannot say for sure unless we are told so, and I will not presume that I am correct on the off chance that this is one of those senche-tigers that guards Khajiiti temples. Practice responsible lore-paging, and thank you for your consideration.

UESP is one of the most (if not THE most) relied upon sources of information on things like Khajiit furstocks, and I don't want my assumptions that this NPC is a sapient Khajiit of X furstock to be put on a lore page if my assumptions (or yours) cannot be soundly verified.
