Arrows

	Telekinesis Arrow (FExxx800)	0	8	111	1	2 Void Salts Makes 10 arrows	Remains suspended in the air until released using the Lesser Power "Telekinesis Arrows". Controlled via the Telekinesis Arrows Lesser Power Can be crafted upon picking up Telekinesis Arrows Research Notes in the Arcanaeum These arrows originally had a damage value of 10 before an update for Arcane Archer Pack was released in December 2018. The arrows were changed from a damage value of 30 to 111 in the Anniversary Edition Update. Some NPCS may be equipped with Telekinesis Arrow that the player cann't obtain, It can be fired as a regular arrow.
	Soul Stealer Arrow (FExxx801)	0	4	10	1	10 Soul Gem Arrowheads Makes 10 arrows	On a lethal blow, manifests itself into a soul gem filled with the soul of the target. Soulsteal, 1 point Instantly kills any non-essential, non-invulnerable NPC that can be soul trapped, and adds a soul gem to its inventory filled with its soul. Can be crafted upon picking up the Soul Stealer Arrows in Kagrumez

Bound Quiver, for 120 secs With the Mystic Binding perk, changes to Mystic Quiver, for 120 secs Bound Quiver is listed under "Powers", not of any particular spell school or skill, instead of under Conjuration with all the other Bound Weapon skills.
	Spell Tome: Telekinesis Arrows (FExxx82B)	1	341	Releases suspended Telekinesis Arrows. Can be found in the following locations: In the first room of Labyrinthian, during the Staff of Magnus quest On Urag gro-Shub's desk in the Arcaneum at the College of Winterhold Telekinesis Arrows is listed under "Powers" in the Magic menu.
