Official Description

A renowed [sic] High Elf seamstress, Taarie owns a tailor shop in the city of Solitude. Though some call her rude, she considers herself as simply being honest.

Acquisition

Occasionally appears in the Store as a special offer or as a reward in the Premium Pack. ^{[verification needed]}

With Epic equipment

The dragon is gone for now, and you managed to rescue the tailor known as Taarie! Return to the castle and welcome them to your kingdom.

In additional, copy of the Subject with generic Epic equipment can be obtained upon completion of the Chambers of the Fallen Emperor quest. However, players who completed this quest before patch 1.4 will not be able to get this Subject via this method.
