Is the RNG Natural Numbers only?[edit]

A few points of the to-hit formula can result in values with decimal points. Page should clarify if these values will even do anything or if a 50.5% chance is identical to a 50% chance and/or 50.0000000001% chance. --Agiletek (talk) 07:25, 30 April 2022 (UTC)

Racial bonuses depend on weapon type[edit]

It wasn't clear if Redguard and Dark Elf racial bonuses applied to both melee and archery, and it seemed weird that Redguard would be objectively the best race and the other two strictly worse, so I decided to do some testing. I made new characters and edited their level to 300,000 to gain huge racial bonuses. That makes it very clear when the bonus applies and when it doesn't - not only does no enemy survive a hit, your weapon also instantly breaks, since weapon degradation is evidently based on the amount of damage dealt (it even destroys armor pieces in enemy inventory; I didn't even know that was a thing!). The results were very conclusive and are stated in the main article.
