And? It makes perfect sense that he wouldn't give the quest if the intended recipient is dead. Killing quest related NPCs usually stops quest progression. This wouldn't be a bug at all, which is what I think you are suggesting. Jeancey (talk) 20:07, 18 May 2013 (GMT)
