Bloodmist Necrophagists are Orc vampire bonelords of the Bloodmist Clan found in the Imperial Sewers' Bloodworks.

The Bloodmist Necrophagist summons a flesh atronach, bone colossus or ghost to fight. The summon will die if the Bloodmist Necrophagist is killed.

Bone Cage/Closed Fist

The Bloodmist Necrophagist casts a rune on the ground that activates after a while, rooting players who step in it. This attack deals very low magic damage. The root can be escaped by roll dodging. This attack can be interrupted to knock the Bloodmist Necrophagist off balance.
