Caralith is a Wood Elf found at the ruins of Abamath. You'll find her hiding behind an Ayleid structure at the cross roads halfway between Bone Grappler's Nest and the Bloodtoil Valley Wayshrine.

As you approach her hiding spot behind an Ayleid pillar, she'll say:

"Are those Worm Cultists still chasing me?"

If you speak to her, she'll ask:

"The Worm Cult! Y'ffre help us. What are they doing here?"

Why would the Worm Cult be after you?

"They're camped all over Abamath, preparing some dark ritual. They planned to sacrifice us.
Arithiel helped me escape. She was right behind me! Please, I'm too weak to face them alone. Will you search their camps for her?"

You can ask her further questions at this point.

"Please do all you can for Arithiel. She must've been caught by the Cult."

Can you tell me more about what happened?

"The Worm Cult ambushed us. It all happened so suddenly. They caught us totally off-guard.
If it weren't for Arithiel, I'd be in a cage somewhere, waiting for death."

What is the Worm Cult?

"They're the Cult of the Black Worm, worshippers of Molag Bal.
Whatever they are up to in Abamath, it can't be good."

What is this place?

"Abamath's an Ayleid ruin, built on an even older Orc settlement. The Ayleids drove out the Orcs. Turned them into slaves, like as not."

Who is Arithiel?

"Arithiel? I thought she was just another person heading to the town of Silvenar. Now I'm not so sure.
Whoever she is, she saved my life and deserves to be rescued."

After the quest, she'll say:

"The Worm Cult sought the Blood of Mauloch? Praise Y'ffre you were here to stop them!"
