Quest-Related

After you and Tanlorin make your way to Dusk Keep, you will have to find Wisteria so you can stop the Ceythalmor's plan to assassinate Proxy Queen Alwinarwe. Exploring the keep, you will find Wisteria in the Ceythalmor Inner Chamber behind a wall of ice and magic. On the other side of the barrier, there is magical apparatus made up of five blue crystals.

As you enter the room, the following will happen:

Wisteria: "Tanlorin? I knew you'd find me. But you're too late."

<Tanlorin runs up to the barrier.>

Wisteria: "Just stand back, spitfire. Let me change the world. For us."

Tanlorin: "This isn't what I want, Wisteria. If you go after the Proxy Queen, I'm coming after you."

Wisteria: "There's that spark! Do what you must, Tan."

Ceythalmor Captain: "We're ready. On your order."

Wisteria: "Go! If you oppose me, Tan, I won't hold back."

<Wisteria and the Ceythalmor Captain use the device to teleport away.>
