Covenant Marksmen are Redguard archers of the Covenant army invading Stonefalls. They can also be found with the invasion force at North Beacon and the ruins of Ne Salas.

You will also encounter Marksmen holding Vanus Galerion captive during Sheogorath's Covenant segment of the Circus of Cheerful Slaughter.

Quick Shot

A basic ranged attack that does minor physical damage.

Arrow Spray

The enemy shoots a spray of arrows in the direction it is facing as indicated by a red cone. This attack does moderate physical damage as well as snares all enemies hit. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided. Blocking also prevents the snare and reduces the damage.

After you enter the portal that Tanval Indoril conjures up, you will be on the ship to see Balreth killing off the Covenant crew despite their failed attempts at defending:
