After deciding to help High Priest Caroril retrieve her fellow Dibellan worshipers, you can enter the Vale to go search for them. When you find Hraewin, you can talk to Crottus before her:

"Free drink and free music. I wonder what else will be free here when I tire of those two."

Talking with Hraewin, she will vent her frustrations with Caroril and the Blushing Brush sect before storming off. Talking to Crottus afterward:

"The music lifts my feet into the air. See?
I can kick on rhythm here!"
