Once you locate Ambassador Tarinwe in the depths of the Middens, you'll overhear the following:
- Ambassador Tarinwe : "Prince Naemon sent someone to the embassy. We have to leave before we're discovered!"
- Falion : "Prince Naemon? We had assurances. How can we make him our puppet if we can't control him?"
When he spots you, he'll say:
- Falion: "It's too late. For the Heritance!"
