While visiting settlements throughout Northern Elsweyr, you may come across a pamphlet detailing work that needs to be done. The pamphlet says to talk to a woman named Jo'isi, who is located in Rimmen. Travel to Rimmen and head south from the wayshrine. Jo'isi is beneath a large tent on the side of the street. Speak with her for a small stipend and get ready to do some work.
