Jade Dragoons are Altmer soldiers under the command of General Endare. Several can be found guarding the participants of Mages Guild expedition to the Ossuary of Telacar at their base camp near the ruins. They have no unique dialogue.

Those at the Falinesti Winter Site are found pinned down on the ground about to be eaten by the frost trolls occupying the ruins.
