Orpheon,

Your claim to the Ruby Throne is as legitimate as anyone's. You come from noble blood. When we traced your lineage back, we saw avenues that suggest you have Dragonborn blood in your tree. When you laid claim to the Ruby Throne, I thought the war was finally over. How dare the idiots outside Cyrodiil reject your sovereignty!

You were born to be the emperor. All who follow you see it. All who follow you would die to put you on the throne once more. Every problem in Tamriel stems from this accursed Three Banners War. Your leadership is our salvation. And if laying claim to one Elder Scroll will see all our dreams come to fruition, then we will rip it from these priests' hands.

We stand at your back and at your side, the army of Orpheon. Our goal is within our grasp. Do not give up hope or your belief in yourself. Losing control of the throne was a blow, but it led us to discover this Elder Scroll and the prophesy [sic] it contains. Your guidance and rule led us to the one thing that holds conclusive proof for your claim.

The war will end, there will be peace, and you will be emperor. I do not need to read the scroll to know these things.

Keep faith in yourself.
