Mender's Bond is a Scribed skill Grimoire, on the Restoration Staff skill line. It can be purchased after earning the Restoration Staff Master achievement from Chronicler Firandil in the The Scholarium once per character. It costs 0005000050,000 the first time, and 0001000010,000 for other characters on your account after that. This grimoire is unique in that it is the only one whose name does not change based on your choice of Focus Script. It is always just "Mender's Bond".

Mender's Bond creates a tether between you and a target. The target of Mender's Bond can be any ally, whether another player, a companion, or many friendly NPCs. (The only exception to this seems to be that the Mitigation Focus script can target other players or companions, but not other NPCs.) Depending on your choice of scripts, either allies or enemies (possibly both) standing between you and the target, "in the link" as the descriptions say, will be affected in some way.

	Damage Shield	Grants the ally and other allies in the link a damage shield that absorbs 942 damage every 1 second.
	Generate Ultimate	Transfers 1 Ultimate from you to the ally every 1 second.
	Healing	Heals the ally and other allies in the link for 754 Health every 1 second.
	Immobilize	Removes and grants immunity to snares and other immobilizations for 1 second to the ally and other allies in the link.
	Magic Damage	Grant's the ally magical thorns which deal 440 Magic Damage to attackers, scaling off the ally's stats.
	Mitigation	Transfers 10% of the damage the allied player or companion and other allied players or companions in the link take to you.
	Restore Resources	Restores 215 Magicka and Stamina to the ally and other allies in the link every 1 second.

	Druid's Resurgence	Restores 74 Magicka and 74 Stamina every second for 6 seconds to the ally and other allies when they leave the link.
	Hunter's Snare	Reduces the Movement Speed of enemies in the link by 30% for 2 seconds.
	Knight's Valor	Increases Block amount by 8% and reduces Block cost by 8% for the ally and other allies in the link.
	Sage's Remedy	Heals the ally and other allies when they leave the link for 12774 Health over 5 seconds.
	Warmage's Defense	Grants a damage shield when other allies leave the link that absorbs 1749 damage for 6 seconds.

	Maim	Afflicts Minor Maim to enemies in the link for 10 seconds, reducing damage done by 5%.
	Protection	Grants Minor Protection to the ally and allies in the link for 10 seconds, reducing damage taken by 5%.
	Vitality	Grants Minor Vitality to the ally and allies in the link for 10 seconds, increasing healing received by 6%.
