Mikarur is a Khajiit sitting outside the Temple of the Crescent Moons on Khenarthi's Roost. His meditation is being disturbed by Badali, who is having fun throwing moon-sugar into the nearby fire. Thus, he often feels the need to scold her.

He can frequently be heard scolding Badali:
