Pact Guard (Cyrodiil)

Pact Guards are guards that patrol near the flags of Pact-controlled resources and keeps in Cyrodiil. They can be Nords, Argonians or Dunmer. They're capable of using the class's snares and standard as well as some one-hand and shield abilities. As of Elsweyr's release, Pact Guards in Cyrodiil wear Ebonheart Pact-style heavy armor.
