Pact Skirmisher

Pact Skirmishers are soldiers serving the Ebonheart Pact. Like all PvP guards in Cyrodiil, this Pact guard will attack all members of the opposing factions. These guards wield a sword and shield.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

Basic melee attack dealing minor physical damage.

Puncture

Pact Skirmisher casts a Puncture-like ability to a target, dealing very minor physical damage.

Brace

Pact Skirmisher blocks with their shield for a moment, greatly reducing their damage taken. If you make a melee heavy-attack against a blocking Skirmisher, you will be staggered then set off-balance.

War Horn

Pact Skirmisher blows a war horn, increasing the health of their nearby allies and themselves.

Cyrodiil Guard See Stealth

Passive which makes the Skirmisher see through stealth near them.
