Primeval Wildlings are Orc berserkers of the Primeval Seekers, a cult devoted to Hermaeus Mora and lead by Herald Kixathi. They can be found in the Ayleid ruin of Bisnensel. Depending on your quest progress and decisions, they may be hostile or neutral.

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

The enemy slashes at you twice, doing moderate physical damage over time to the player. This attack also heals the enemy over time.

After the stun ends, this spell also does moderate magical damage over time to the player. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. Blocking will prevent the stun.
