Qadsh is a Redguard sailor who can be found aboard the trapped ship The Silver Cormorant.

When spoken to, he will recite the names of the crew which were abducted.

That thing took 'em. Just like that. Now the Captain's gone too. It's just a matter of time before the cold takes the rest of us."

After you have rescued the captain and stopped the unnatural blizzard, he will have a pragmatic view of things.

"We lost a few good sailors, it's true. Drigsen says she will honor them with a plaque.
But we all knew the risks when we signed on. Once we get the Cormorant back in the water, we'll make it back to port and carry on."
