In the northwest part of Windhelm, he will be sickened at watching the food eating contest:

Ridras: "I think I'm going to be ill."

Jorunn's Stand

He will be on top of the north gate walls at Jorunn's Stand. He will be on lookout duty and will mention the troubles happening at Thulvald's Logging Camp:

"Who knew that war mostly consists of sitting around and waiting for something to happen? I was promised action!"

What are you doing up here?

"I've been watching the logging camp. Strange things are happening over there.
Apparently, they're having problems with…oh, what do they call them? Spriggans? Even the Stormfists avoid the area."

Shouldn't you do something?

"I didn't come all this way to fight walking trees. Plus, we don't have any orders regarding Spriggans or logging camps.
