The Shrine to Azura is located northwest of the Bangkorai bridge in northeastern Stormhaven. The Supernal Dreamers have defiled the shrine to please Vaermina, and are camping out at the nearby Weeping Giant with relics they stole from the shrine. The Spirit Wardens wish for the shrine to be cleaned in order to gain the aid of Azura.
