Sir Merne is a dog found at Firebrand Keep in Stormhaven. He's west of the Great Hall, below the practice grounds.
During Retaking Firebrand Keep, he will be hiding with Umay af-Kardyn at the garrison side held by Sir Edmund's loyalists during the in-fighting between the Knights of the Flame. After the fighting has ended, the dog will return back to wandering the garrison grounds.
