Spectral Enforcer

Spectral Enforcers are the spirits of Ayleid tanks found in Shael Ruins.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Power Bash

A heavy shield bash that does moderate damage, stuns and sets off-balance if it hits the target. This attack can be blocked to knock the Spectral Enforcer off balance instead.

Block

The Spectral Enforcer may also briefly block with its shield, reducing damage taken greatly. Players who attempt heavy attacks on the Spectral Enforcer while it is blocking will be set off balance.

Desecrated Ground

On death, the undead rarely desecrate the ground under them as indicated by a red circle. This does continuous moderate magic damage and snares all targets as well as healing undead enemies within the red circle.
