The Tower

The Tower is a guard tower on the northeastern outskirts of Riften. It is a Nord-style building located northeast of the city's walls. The door leading to the Tower Overlook is guarded by an advanced lock.

Despite being locked, entering the tower does not count as trespassing. An advanced safebox can be found at the top of the tower, on the western part of the platform. Two Riften Guards can be found up here. If you plan to steal from the safebox, be aware of where the guards are, and which direction they're facing. Two more Riften Guards can be found below. The containers here are owned.
