Ulumir

Ulumir is a High Elf clothier who can be found in Woodhearth. You'll find her wandering the plaza with the well in front of the Thalmor Residence.

Dialogue

If you speak to her, she'll talk about the Bosmer:

"As uncivilized backwaters go, you could do worse than Woodhearth. The treethane is respectable, at least."

"They live in treehouses, can you imagine?"

Ocassionally she'll go over to Halinirya. Before the Maormer have been driven from Greenshade:

Ulumir: "What's happening? I hear the Thalmor has issued a call to arms."

Halinirya: "Aye, and Treethane Fariel has sent word to the other Treethanes. It's a Maormer invasion."

Ulumir: "Maormer? Where?"

Halinirya: "Seaside Sanctuary. Rumor has it the Veiled Heritance is involved, too. Those traitors just won't give up."

After the Maormer have been driven from Greenshade:

Ulumir: "Did you hear? The Maormer are defeated!"

Halinirya: "Indeed. Treethane Fariel has issued word saying Vicereeve Pelidil was responsible."

Ulumir: "That toad? Really?"

Halinirya: "I just hope this is the end of the Veiled Heritance. We have too many external enemies to fight ourselves."
