Narsis

Narsis is a town in western Deshaan, just south of the village of Quarantine Serk. The town is located on the shores of Lake Hlaalu, and is the traditional capital of House Hlaalu. Many of the townspeople have gone missing recently, and the local councilor will ask for your assistance.

A copy of To Do What is Needed is located on the ground outside Velothi Reverie, on the eastern side of the house. Lake Hlaalu Retreat is located north of Narsis.

West Narsis Wayshrine

The West Narsis Wayshrine is suitably located just west of Narsis. A chest can spawn along the shore just northeast of the wayshrine, beside a boulder near a Maulborn Rogue and a Nix-Hound.
