Zeggar's Blind

Zeggar's Blind is a small cave system northeast of Ontus. An underground river flows out from the entrance. In the main chamber of the cave, several wooden platforms have been constructed, forming an underground bandit base. There are no bosses or figures with unusual powers, and no significant loot.
