Online talk:Message in a Bottle (recipe)

I have been going to all "message in a bottle" locations on the shores of summerset for weeks, and this document (the "recipe" version) is the only one I can't seem to get. I always exclusively get the "waterlogged note" trash item. Is there is a specific location I should go to or is it in face randomly given as an alternate to the waterlogged note and I'm just experiencing RNG woes? Dimmu1313 (talk) 17:35, 23 January 2023 (UTC)
