A small quest relating Vaermina

There's an unearthed shrine to Vaermina in ESO's first story area - the snowy island where you awake after escaping Coldharbour. The shrine is located inside a mine that a group of bandits are using to harvest daedric artefacts. Yup, that's where the pic used for the infobox is from (Hozzin's Folly). However, we can't list it here since Vaermina doesn't manifest there and it would be misleading to say she's involved in the quest. It's only her realm (Quagmire) and statue, and there's many examples of prince statues appearing in quests where the princes themselves don't show up (ie At Any Cost) I do think however that there should be an ON:Quagmire page of some sort because of how much it appears.
