Nefa is a long-lost ruin buried within Lost Stars Hollow.

It is only accessible through Lost Stars Hollow, and may once have been part of the nearby Garlas Agea. The entrance to the hollow (and thus to Nefa) lies straight to the east of Garlas Agea's main tower, in the ridgeline.

It is at the entrance to Neva that you will find a Note from Uricalimo that is used during the quest Lost Stars. The ruin itself apparently contains a reference to the old Ayleid phrase "weaving a pathway to redemption through sin", and was likely the place where the blade Sinweaver was held before Uricalimo obtained it.

Nefa's Starlight Sanctum contains a secret chamber in which is held a Saliache Shield. This can be accessed by pressing a button in the southernmost corridor - said button lies beyond a cave in, and so may need Telekinesis to reach. Other treasures include a Saliache Helm in the large southern chamber - this being next to a skeleton perched on a ledge in the southeastern corner - and an Ayleid Sacrificial Dagger in the room with many suspended metal cages.
