Hrakja Cavern

Hrakja Cavern is a small cave in the Druadach Highlands region near the ruined town of Saern. It has lots of waterfalls and most of the ground is covered in water. Behind the waterfalls are some treasure chests, items and The Penumbra, which is needed for the Skyrim Mages Guild quest Out for a Spell.
