Shadowkey:Cheats

This page lists the exploits and less "honest" ways of gaining an advantage in Shadowkey.

Cheat Menu

Bring up the main menu and then press:

Up, Down, Up, Down, Left Arrow, Right Arrow, Left Arrow, Right Arrow, 5, 7, 5, 7

(Use the Left Arrow and Right Arrow. NOT the Right Softkey or Left Softkey, or it will not work)

The main menu will now have an extra option marked "Cheat". The menu contains the reminder "Cheaters never win!" and offers the following options:

Give 5000 gold

Self-explanatory - adds 5,000 gold to the player's current total.

Give 1000 Exp.

Also self-explanatory - adds 1,000 XP to the player's current total.

Visit Merchants

Displays a second menu allowing the player to pick from merchants selling Armor, Shields, Consumables, Weapons and Spells. Each merchant has all items of that type for sale.

Go to Azra

Transports the player to Azra's Crossing.

Go to Delfran's

Transports the player to Delfran's Hideout.

Go to Earthtear

Transports the player to Earthtear Caverns.

Go to Ghast's

Transports the player to Ghast's Pass.

Go to Twilight

Transports the player to Twilight Temple.

Go to Snowline

Transports the player to Snowline.

Go to Fearfrost 1

Transports the player to Fearfrost Caverns.

Go to Fearfrost 2

Transports the player to Fearfrost II.

Go to Dragonfields

Transports the player to Dragonfields.

Go to Raider's

Transports the player to Raider's Nest.

Go to Dragonstar West

Transports the player to Dragonstar West.

Go to Dragonstar East

Transports the player to Dragonstar East.

Go to Loth' Na

Transports the player to Loth' Na Caverns.

Go to Lakvan's

Transports the player to Lakvan's Stronghold.

Go to Broken 1

Transports the player to Broken Wing I.

Go to Broken 2

Transports the player to Broken Wing II.

Go to Stout's

Transports the player to Stout's Trading Post.

Go to Glacier

Transports the player to Glacier Crawl.

Go to Crypt 1

Transports the player to Crypt of Hearts I.

Go to Crypt 2

Transports the player to Crypt of Hearts II.

Go to Crypt 3

Transports the player to Crypt of Hearts III.

Give 7 Star Teeth

Adds all seven Star Teeth to the player's inventory.

Give 11 Shadowkeys

Adds all eleven Shadowkeys to the player's inventory.

Ghost Mode (Off/On)

(Off/On) will be replaced by one word or the other depending on the current state. If on, allows the player to walk through walls and obstacles. Gravity still has an effect, though. This means you can climb through walls but will fall (harmlessly) to ground level once you emerge into thin air.

Invulnerable (Off/On)

(Off/On) will be replaced by one word or the other depending on the current state. If on, prevents the player taking any damage from enemies or falls.

Level Up

Simply increases the player's level.

Enable Coords

Adds an x/y display of coordinates to the screen.
