Hewnon Black-Skeever is a Nord warrior who can be found scheming alongside Drahff in the entrance to the Ratway. Both men will attack you on sight.
Hewnon wears a set of hide armor and a pair of normal boots. He is equipped with a leveled mace (up to elven quality), and a leveled heavy shield (up to steel quality). He carries one random leveled potion or poison, a 25% chance of a lockpick, and a leveled amount of gold ranging from 25 to 125 gold.

Dialogue[edit]
As soon as you enter the Ratway and move down the first tunnel, you will hear Hewnon and Drahff discuss their little scheme, although Hewnon is starting to doubt if the plan will ever pay off:
- Hewnon: "I dunno, Drahff. They'd skin us alive if they knew we were doin' this."
- Drahff: "Why are you always acting like such a big baby? I've gotten us this far."
- Hewnon: "This far? We're livin' in a sewer. You said we'd have a house as big as the Black-Briars' by now."
- Drahff: "You worry about bashing people's heads in, I'll worry about the Guild. Okay?"
- Hewnon: "Okay, okay."
- Drahff: "I'm going to check the entrance to the Ratway. Be right back."
Unused Dialogue[edit]
Hewnon and Drahff were not always supposed to attack you on sight. See this section for details. In the case Hewnon survived his initial encounter with you, he would've gained one new line to use:
- "What are you lookin' at?"
