This Thief is a dead Bosmer found in the forest south-southwest of Half-Moon Mill. He was evidently killed by wolves, based on the scattered arrows and wolf carcasses surrounding him. His pet fox Sweet Roll stands over his corpse, and is the target of the related quest.

He carries some ill-gotten treasure, five sweet rolls and the Thief's Journal. You need to read his journal as part of the related quest; however, be aware that it's bugged.
