The Warlock's Ring is a unique ring. You will need to fish it up from a fishing spot east of Morthal during the quest No Contest^CC.

The Warlock's Ring was originally mentioned in the Myrwatch Creation, although the ring was not included with that Creation and all reference to it was removed shortly after its release. Curiously, the fishing spot where you find the ring is just across the river from Myrwatch.
The ward created by the Warlock's Ring stacks with Spellbreaker and the Staff of Hasedoki, giving you three wards.
The Warlock's Ring benefits from the Necromage perk.
