Specific Effect?

Is it just that stamina regenerates 1% faster than normal or does it increase the base stamina rate multiplier by 1 point, the same way Dawnguard's Ring of the Erudite increases the base magicka regen multiplier by 2 points? I'm looking in the CK right now and the magic effect is associated with "Stamina Rate Mult" and not "Stamina Rate," which makes me think it's the base multiplier rate being modified. Answering my own question, it is actually just 1% regen rate, not a 1pt multiplier increase. Strange enchantment. --67.142.170.20 18:24, 16 December 2015 (UTC)

Stamina Regenerating 1% or 100% in combat is negligble

Stamina is different in consumption because power attacks can be used as long as there is 1 pt of stamina. This makes regenerating 1% enough in combat.
