Lakeside Manor?

Is there a reason why a stormcloak courier would be running through Lakeside Manor? I've long ago completed any war quests. Deanmakoma (talk) 00:57, 9 May 2013 (GMT)

Couriers for either side will continue to run around forever, even if you've completed the Civil War questline. Kind of like how each sides' camps will still exist after the War. Don't ask me why, they just don't go away.--WoahBro (talk) 01:06, 9 May 2013 (GMT)
