Anbarys Irathi

Anbarys Irathi is a Dark Elf Merchant staying at the Lucky Shalaasa Caravanserai in Arvud, along with his two bodyguards. He is the prime suspect in the events of Caravan Ransom, where the goods of the merchant, Tola Serevam, have been sabotaged.

While initially reluctant to admit to anything, Anbarys can be induced into a full confession:

"Alright, I confess. I spoiled the food, but not out of my own will. Mels Mathyn in Andothren paid me a lot for it. It was his plan all along, believe me! He wanted to get rid of a rival, that's why he did it. What should I do now? He'd kill me if he finds out that I've talked to you about this."

As Mels Mathyn is involved with the Camonna Tong, Anbarys will then (if allowed) make his escape into Dres or Telvanni lands in an attempt to escape his ire.
