Ewein Samantine, editor of the Ebonheart Bellman

Ewein Samantine is a Breton scribe found in the Palace Library of the Ebon Tower, Old Ebonheart. He is also the editor and publisher of the Ebonheart Bellman, a newspaper that serves the Imperial colonies of Morrowind with reports of recent events.

You are asked to approach Ewein during the events of Literary Critic, by aspiring critic and friend, Conjur. Conjur has a book review to submit to the Bellman. Ewein is less than enthusiastic upon receiving it.
