Haj' Ralah

Haj' Ralah is a Khajiit slave in the Port Telvannis slave market. If you are a member of the Tribunal Temple and trying to gain the support of people in Port Telvannis, he is one of four slaves who are infected with a disease that you can help cure.

He wears a pair of leveled pants and a slave bracer. Like all Khajiit, he can see well in the dark and can demoralize others for short periods, but otherwise knows no spells.
