Merxia Vendicci is an Imperial noble and a wealthy Negotiator of the East Empire Company. She maintains a manor abutting the plaza of the city of Old Ebonheart, in Morrowind.
Merxia is the unfortunate target of a number of quests that involve rifling through her possessions. She also has an equally wealthy brother, Vermilius Vendicci, in Andothren, and both Vendiccis feature in their respective city's Thieves Guild questlines.
For protection, she wears a set of Orcish greaves. For clothing, she wears an extravagant shirt, an exquisite skirt, a pair of extravagant shoes, a pair of expensive gloves, an extravagant ring, and an extravagant sapphire amulet. She wields a gold dagger, and carries 5 rubies, a Scroll of The Tenth Barrier, and 500 random gold.
Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows the following spells: Enrichment, Great Heal Companion, Resist Poison, Resist Shock, and Vigor.
