Nassuran Omoril is a Dark Elf Merchant found in Arvud. Like Seresa Maanith at the Armun Pass Outpost, he pays a hefty sum of 500 gold per stray caravan guar that you bring to him.
Following completion of the Fighters Guild quest, Manit-Pal the Hunter, Nassuran will also offer fast travel to Ushu-Kur Mine.
