Parandil is a Wood Elf scribe who is in charge of the Ministry of the Treasury and can be found in it's office in the central Curia offices at Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. He can personally claim to have never signed off on Vols Valdri's supposed paper, confirming that Olres Iladri is in the right during their dispute in the Imperial Legion quest 'Judge and Jury'.
He wears a common robe, a pair of common shoes, and a pair of expensive gloves.
Aside from his natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, he knows the following spells: Blightguard, Cure Common Disease, Cure Common Disease on Other, Regenerate, and Rilm's Cure.

Imperial Legion: Judge and Jury[edit]
- merchant dispute:
- (If Disposition ≥ 45):
- "Paper? What paper? I don't remember authorizing anyone to give out papers like the one you're describing. Allowing people to barter on a specific ground is not in our jurisdiction. Now you'll have to excuse me, as I don't really have time for this. Ask the city guards or the lawyers at Marsh & Ellerian, I'm sure they'll be able to help you."
