Scaratha is a Redguard warrior and Recruit of the Imperial Legion who can be found on the second floor of their headquarters in Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. If you are acting as commander for Olfvur Steel-Skin, she is one of three rookies who will come to you with questions about Morrowind.
For protection, she wears an Imperial chain cuirass, a pair of Imperial steel boots, a pair of Imperial steel gauntlets, and a pair of Imperial steel pauldrons. For clothing, she wears an Imperial skirt and an Imperial belt. She wields an Imperial broadsword and carries a jug of mazte.
Like all Redguards, she has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost her health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time, but otherwise knows no spells.

Dialogue[edit]
- Background:
- "Ah, a fellow outlander! Your accent betrays you. I'm %Name. Don't you get homesick here, %PCRace? I've been longing for Rihad ever since I first came here. It must be the weather. Or the locals. Or the food. Maybe in that order."
Imperial Legion: All Work and No Play[edit]
- Greeting:
- "%PCName, where's Olfvur Steel-Skin? Oh, nevermind, can you help me with something? My orders for today are rather hard to figure out."
- Orders:
- "See, I'm being sent to Hla Oad. I'm not sure if it's in Hlaalu or Indoril territory."
- Hlaalu. It's on Vvardenfell.:
- "Thank you, sir. Weird, I'm always sent to that miserable island across the sea. Other recruits haven't even left the district yet."
- You must be the best of them, that's why.:
- "You're too kind, sir!" Goodbye (Disposition +10)
- Isn't there an Ebonheart on Vvardenfell, too?:
- "Hmm. I'm sure my papers said 'Ebonheart' when I was sent here. Now, was it 'Old', or 'on Vvardenfell'...?" Goodbye
- Indoril. That's what the 'Hla' means at the start of the name.: (See response above, except Imperial Legion Reputation -1)
- "'Old Ebonheart'... 'Ebonheart-on-Vvardenfell"... which one is it...?"
