Stabby-Jak Merrus, a former member of a Cyrodiilic mob

Stabby-Jak Merrus is an Imperial assassin lately released from prison, who has journeyed to Old Ebonheart in search of his former lawyer, Reynant Alciente. He can be found aboard the Niben's Wind, a ship moored at the docks of the city. He features in the quest A Criminal Lawyer, which can result in Stabby-Jak succeeding in his aims, in his death, or in his next imprisonment. If imprisoned, he can be found in one of the smaller cells on the lower level of the Legion dungeons at Ebon Tower.

For protection, he wears a wolf cuirass, a studded leather helm, a pair of wolf boots, and a pair of wolf gauntlets. For clothing, he wears a common shirt and a pair of common pants. He wields an Imperial dagger and carries 2 steel throwing knives. If he has been imprisoned, he wears only the common pants.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
