Ordinator Behavior[edit]

If the dialog is actually in the CS for this type of Ordinator, the explanation as to why he is offended and motivated to call for "blood" and attack the player, should remain on page. If the dialog is not present and the behavior of a Necrom Ordinator is different from all of their brethern, then the dialog should be removed. So, I put on their armor and tested it. First I got the message:

Script T_ScNpc_Mw_NecromOrd
Trying to RunFunction index greater than function count.
The script will not run anymore.
Continue running the executable?
[yes] [no}

I clicked yes. The Ordinator said:

Where did you get that! The armor you wear is @sacred# to our Order. You @shal#l be punished with blood! Goodbye.

Another error message appeared.

Compile and Run problem was found in Greeting "Greeting 0"

At which point I chose to abort the program.

So it would seem that the Necrom Ordinator's behavior is consistent with other Ordinators, so my feeling is that the Behavior section should be reverted, and a Bug notice put up until the Script is handled correctly. However, I have a personal policy to never revert anything other than obvious vandalism. I am not playing in pre-view mode. I don't think we should let a little bug stop progress on the wiki pages, but I do want to know what your thinking is MolagBallet? Feel free to move this to either of our talk pages, though your answer may well prove instructive to anyone else adding to the TR portion of the UESP wiki. Thanks for all your help. I have reworked most of what was removed. Feel free to revert or amend. Kalevala (talk) 15:50, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
If they share dialogue with vanilla Ordinators, feel free to keep it on! I just removed vanilla information that I couldn't verify was the same between Tamriel Rebuilt and vanilla Morrowind. The extra infoboxes that I removed were for vanilla Ordinators in certain locations and with different movement patterns, which is why those were removed. I don't have TR installed, so I can't verify what is and isn't shared between them. I'm glad these mods are getting attention, and that you're willing to put in the work to verify this information! Thanks for all your efforts so far! -MolagBallet (talk) 01:12, 3 April 2021 (UTC)

Level formulas[edit]

It would seem that the NPC summary is fixed here. However for every two level ups by my character the Ordinator appears to level up 1, and change his stats. The formulas are approximately:

 Ordinator level = round(19 + 0.5*PC)
 Ordinator health = round(175 + 5.75*PC)
 Ordinator magicka = 120 + PC

but this needs verification, and once verified should then be included. Kalevala (talk) 11:30, 5 April 2021 (UTC)

I created a new character for version 21.01 and at level 2 it got the same stats for the Ordinator in Mourning as the level 13 character. So the attributes etc. may be fixed and there is no formula. It may well be that the developers simply increased the level in the interim between characters, inadvertently giving the me the impression that there were formulas at work.
