Skyrim Special Edition Now Available — October 28, 2016

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition is now available on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. With this update to the series latest main installment, graphical enhancements have been added, including volumetric god rays and new shaders. Additionally, newly integrated mod support through Bethesda.net allows for official supports for mods on the console versions of the games.

For PC players who owned the original release of Skyrim with its three add-ons, Hearthfire, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn, the Special Edition has been added to your Steam library for free, acknowledging the minor advantages this version has on PC.
