Morrowind Census and Excise Office — May 3rd, 2010
Great House Fliggerty has just introduced the Census and Excise Office where you can create online profiles for Morrowind characters. It also includes a system that allows you to generate profile files from within the game which you can upload to the site. A great idea and one that hopefully will be extended to Oblivion in the future.
