what else?

Hey call me Mike B, I just finished the dark brotherhood and thieves guilds both of them, so my question is, what else is there to do in the game? I don't wont to start on story line till I am a higher level. I mean I know I can go dungeon raiding but that gets old after one or two of them, and whats the difference between a fort and dungeon? What are people doing for fun? PS did part of mages guild not that fun for me, and fighters guild i started meh, also kinda not fun.Also how do you tell how strong a weapon is in the game?
